Ingredientes
- 3/4 lb LEAN grnd beef,
- 1/2 c. Onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. Green chili peppers, diced canned
- 1 cl Garlic,
- 1 tsp Chili pwdr,
- 1Â 1/2 c. Tomato, minced
- 3 Tbsp. Italian Salad dressing, reduced-calorie
- 1/2 tsp Seasoned salt, yak!!
- 8 x Taco shells,
- 1 c. Lettuce,
- 1 c. Low-cal prosse cheese or possibly,
- Â Â Part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded for either a mix of both
- 1/2 c. Taco sauce
Direcciones
- In a large skillet cook grnd beef, minced onions, green chili pepper; and chopped garlic over medium heat until beef is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in chili pwdr.
- In a mixing bowl combine minced tomato, Italian salad dressing, and seasoned salt. ( Salt is Salt no matter what) Spoon beef mix into taco shells. Top with tomato mix, shredded lettuce, shredded cheese, and taco sauce.
- Makes 4 servings. Time 20 minutes.
