Ingredientes
- 1 head lettuce
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 can western-style beans
- 4 green onions
- 4 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
- Catalina dressing
- Taco chips
- Avocado or possibly guacamole
- Lowfat sour cream or possibly Ranch dressing
- Salsa
- Kidney beans
- Marinated artichokes
- Olives, minced
Direcciones
- Break up lettuce into bite-sized pcs. Dice tomatoes. Put together all ingredients, saving a little tomato and cheese for garnish. If the salad is to be eaten right away, put together the taco chips into it. If not, serve the salad with chips under or possibly over it.
