Ingredientes
- 6 ounce Smoked bacon or possibly pancetta, diced
- 4 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 6 ounce Fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 1 lb Asparagus, cut into 2 inch pcs
- 12 ounce Fresh Tagliatelle
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh thyme, finely minced
- 2 Tbsp. Fresh oregano, finely minced
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Pepper to taste

- 1. Saute/fry bacon in skillet till crisp, remove to a plate.
- 2. Drain off excess fat, then add in extra virgin olive oil to the skillet and cook the mushrooms till softened.
- 3. Lightly blanch the asparagus.
- 4. Cook the pasta briefly in boiling salted water.
- 5. Drain the noodles and toss with the asparagus, bacon, shiitake and fresh herbs.
- 6. Season with salt and pepper.
