Ingredientes

  • 250 gm Plain flour
  • 150 gm Butter
  • 1 pch Salt
  • 1 x Egg
  •     A little water
  • 2 x Toffee apples, quartered and cores removed

Direcciones

  1. Preheat the oven 220c/425f.
  2. 1 Combine the flour and 125g butter with the salt, egg and sufficient water to bind. Roll out carefully on a floured surface.
  3. 2 Place the toffee apples toffee-side down in a gratin dish. Dot the remaining butter around the dish.
  4. 3 Cover with the pastry. Trim the edges and place in the oven for 12-15 min till the pastry is cooked and golden brown.
