Ingredientes
- 250 gm Plain flour
- 150 gm Butter
- 1 pch Salt
- 1 x Egg
- Â Â A little water
- 2 x Toffee apples, quartered and cores removed
Direcciones
- Preheat the oven 220c/425f.
- 1 Combine the flour and 125g butter with the salt, egg and sufficient water to bind. Roll out carefully on a floured surface.
- 2 Place the toffee apples toffee-side down in a gratin dish. Dot the remaining butter around the dish.
- 3 Cover with the pastry. Trim the edges and place in the oven for 12-15 min till the pastry is cooked and golden brown.
