- 2 sm , all-purpose potatoes, cooked and cubed
- 1 x clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tsp grated Parmesan cheese

Direcciones
- In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil. Add in the potatoes and garlic.
- Cook, stirring constantly, till the potatoes are lightly browned, about five min. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheese and pepper.
