Receta Tasty Veggie Spirelli Salad

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce Leonardo Veggie Spirelli cooked and liquid removed (spiral multicolor pasta)
- 4Â 1/2 tsp Chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. Vinegar
- 1 c. Diet mayonnaise
- 1Â 3/4 tsp Salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 3 med Tomatoes, cut in wedges
- 1/2 c. Minced green pepper
- 2 Tbsp. Pitted black olives
- 3 x Hard-cooked Large eggs, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped parsley
Direcciones
- Combine the onion and vinegar and let it stand for a few min. Then add in the mayonnaise, salt, pepper and paprika and mix well. Mix the veggie spirelli, tomatoes, green pepper, and olives in a large salad bowl; and pour the mayonnaise mix over all. Toss lightly. Refrigeratethe salad for several hrs before serving. When serving, garnish with the egg slices and parsley.
