Receta Tea Smoked Marinated Tofu

Ingredientes
- 170 gm Hard tofu
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 x 1 inch piece fresh ginger, grated
- 2 Tbsp. Mirrin
- 2 Tbsp. Rice
- 2 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. Tea leaves
- 3 Tbsp. Miso
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Sake
- 2 Tbsp. Mirrin
Direcciones
- Mix the sauce ingredients together. Mix the marinade together. cut the tofu into 1/2 inch slices and cover with the marinade. Leave for 1 hour.
- Line a wok with foil and place the tea, rice and sugar in the base. Place a rack in the wok and lay on the liquid removed strips of tofu.
