Receta Smoked Molassas Cured Duck Breasts

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Unsulphured molasses
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
- 4 sm Skinless duck breasts
- Â Â Strong Tea Smoking Mix (see recipe)
Direcciones
- In a large shallow dish, combine molasses, salt, mustard and pepper. Add in duck and coat them. Cover and chill overnight. Smoke till medium rare- about 15 min. Let rest 5 min before slicing. Serve hot or possibly cool.
