  • 1 whole beef tenderloin
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/2 c. minced green onion
  • 2 tbsp. buttertbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon dijon style mustard
  • Dash of fresh grnd pepper
  • 3/4 c. dry sherry

Direcciones

  1. Spread tenderloin with the first 2 Tbsp. butter. Place on rack in shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, for 30 min in 300 degree oven. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, cook green onions in remaining 2 Tbsp. butter till tender. Add in soy sauce, mustard, and pepper. Stir in sherry; heat to just boiling. Pour over tenderloin and bake an additional 30 to 35 min for rare tenderloin. Baste frequently with sauce.
