- 1/4 c. SOY SAUCE
- 1/4 c. WATER
- 2 Tbsp. HONEY
- 4 x CLOVES GARLIC, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp GINGER
- 1 tsp OIL
- 1 x ONION, Minced
- 2 c. BROCCOLI, Minced
- 1 x GREEN PEPPER, Minced
- 1 x TOMATO, Minced
Direcciones
- TRIM FAT FROM BEEF. CUT INTO STRIPS. COMBINE SOY SAUCE, WATER, HONEY, GINGER AND GARLIC IN A SHALLOW PAN Or possibly DISH. Add in MEAT AND TURN TO COAT.
- COVER AND Chill FOR 30 Min TO ONE HOUR. Add in OIL TO A WOK Or possibly STIR FRY PAN AT MEDIUM HIGH HEAT. Add in STEAK AND VEGETABLES EXCEPT FOR TOMATO AND COOK FOR 3 TO 5 Min. Add in TOMATO AND COOK FOR ADDITIONAL 3 Min Or possibly Till DONE. SERVES FOUR.
