Receta Terry Barker's Ginger Cookies

Ingredientes
- 3 c. Flour
- 2 tsp Baking soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon, grnd
- 1 tsp Cloves, grnd
- 2 tsp Ginger, grnd
- 3/4 c. Butter, softened
- 3/4 c. Shortening
- 2 c. Sugar
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Light molasses
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Mix dry ingredients and set aside. Combine butter, shortening, and sugar till fluffy. Add in egg and molasses and beat till incorporated. Slowly add in dry ingredients. Cover and refrigeratedough for 2 hrs. Shape dough into small balls and roll in sugar. Bake for 10 min.
- ****Pumpkin cream**** pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin) cream cheese white chocolate or possibly vanilla pudding, cold whip splash of amaretto
- Yield: 4dozen cookies.
- Note: can be dipped in pumpkin pie cream
