Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 green pepper
- 2 tbsp. chili pwdr
- 1 lg. can tomatoes
- 1 1/2 c. Minute rice
- 1 lg. onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
Direcciones
- Mix grnd beef and chili pwdr in a skillet and brown. Simmer onion in butter till done. Cut up pepper. Mix pepper, tomatoes and rice together in large casserole dish, then add in meat and onion mix. Mix well, cover and bake at 400 degrees for 45 min, covered. Bake 15 min uncovered.
