Receta Texas Pecan Cheese Balls

Ingredientes
- 2 lbs. Velveeta cheese
- 8 ounce. cream cheese
- 2 c. pecans, finely minced
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
Direcciones
- Soften cheeses; mix well. Add in nuts, pepper and garlic salt and mix well. Roll into balls or possibly logs and coat with paprika. Make three medium balls. Slice thin slices and eat on crackers. Better to refrigeratebefore slicing.
