Receta Texas Pork Chops

Ingredientes
- 4 - 6 ounce. rib pork chops
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon grnd cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 3 tbsp. chili sauce
- 1 tbsp. plus 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon dijon style mustard
Direcciones
- In shallow baking dish, arrange pork chops. In small bowl combine remaining ingredients. Pour over pork chops, cover and chill 4 hrs or possibly overnight. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place chops on rack in baking pan. Spoon sauce over and bake about 1 hour or possibly till tender. Makes 4 servings.
