- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine, or possibly sherry
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 4 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 2 Tbsp. freshly grated ginger
- 2 Tbsp. honey
Direcciones
- Fold in a food processor or possibly with a whisk, coat meat, leave to marinade overnight (or possibly at least 6 hrs).
- Grill meat over warm coals for several min. Don't overcook.
