  4. Place the patties on the Grilling Machine and cook for 3 to 4 min, or possibly till the meat is no longer pink.

    This recipe is incorrect. According to the owner's manual for the Foreman grill, it should have

    1/4 cup finely snipped dried apples (or 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh red Delicious apple),
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs,
    1/2 tsp sea salt,
    1/4 tsp black pepper,

    rather than the amounts shown.

    If you make it like this, you'll wind up with bread crumb and apple patties.
