This recipe is incorrect. According to the owner's manual for the Foreman grill, it should have
1/4 cup finely snipped dried apples (or 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh red Delicious apple),
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs,
1/2 tsp sea salt,
1/4 tsp black pepper,
rather than the amounts shown.
If you make it like this, you'll wind up with bread crumb and apple patties.

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. finely minced onion
- 1 c. finely snipped dry apples
- 1 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. snipped fresh parsley
- 1 tsp salt optional
- 1/2 tsp crushed sage
- 1 tsp grnd nutmeg
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 pch cayenne pepper
- 1/2 lb lean grnd skinless turkey breast

- In a medium bowl, combine the egg white, onion, dry or possibly fresh apples, bread crumbs, parsley, salt, if using, sage, nutmeg, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Add in the grnd turkey and mix well.
- Shape the mix into eight 2-inch wide patties.
- Prepare the Grilling Machine
- Place the patties on the Grilling Machine and cook for 3 to 4 min, or possibly till the meat is no longer pink.
- NOTES : Start your day with a sausage patty which's good for you. This moist, flavorful Turkey sausage, served with a country style biscuit makes a complete breakfast meal.
