Receta Three Bean Succotash

Ingredientes
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. lima beans
- 1 c. cut green beans
- 1 c. cut wax beans
- 1 1/2 c. corn
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Heavy cream
Direcciones
- All vegetables fresh or possibly frzn. Saute/fry onion in butter till golden brown, add in water and all beans and cook for about 10 min, or possibly not quite tender. Add in corn and cook 3 or possibly 4 min more, till water is almost cooked away and vegetables are tender. Add in salt and pepper to taste and heavy cream to coat all.
