  1. Cook lasagna noodles in boiling salted water according to package directions; drain well. In saucepan, cook onions and green pepper in small amount of water till tender; drain. Add in soup, mushrooms, pimento, lowfat milk and basil to vegetables in saucepan. Layer half the noodles in a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish; top with half each of the soup mix, cottage cheese, minced chicken, American cheese, Parmesan cheese. Repeat mix, cottage cheese, and chicken. Bake covered in 350 degree oven for 45 min. Top with remaining American and Parmesan cheese; bake uncovered, 2 min more or possibly till cheeses are melted. Makes 10 servings.
