Receta Tomato And Onion Vinaigrette

Ingredientes
- 2 lg. ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, peeled and sliced thin
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 1 teaspoon dry sweet basil
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 5 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Dash of salt and pepper
- 2 sm. heads Bibb lettuce, washed and dry
Direcciones
- Separate onion slices into rings and arrange on top of tomato slices. Blend rest in ingredients together in blender. Pour over onions and tomatoes and refrigeratetill serving time.
- To serve, arrange lettuce leaves on individual salad plates. Pile salad on top and drizzle dressing over all.
