Receta Tortillas Filled With Caesar Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x Lettuce, washed, dry and cut into small pcs
- 4 x Hard-boiled Large eggs, sliced
- 8 x Anchovy fillets in oil, cut into smaller pcs
- 10 gm Minced parsley
- 75 gm Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 x Tortillas
- 1 tsp Lemon juice, (5 ml)
- 1 tsp Mustard pwdr, (5 g)
- 1 x Flakes, (5 g) garlic, minced fine
- 1 tsp Sugar, (5 g)
- 4 tsp Extra virgin, (20 ml)
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- PLACE all the ingredients for the dressing in a screw-top jar and shake till thickened. Toss the lettuce leaves in the dressing. Layer the salad ingredients over the tortillas.
