Receta tostada soup

Ingredientes
- 5 lbs burger crumble (cooked)
- 2 1/2 cup peeled and chopped spanish onions
- 1 gallon diced tomatoes
- 1 1/4 quart pinto beans
- 2 quarts tomatoe puree
- 3 quarts beef stock
- 2 quarts mild pictante sauce
- 1 1/4 tsp cumin
- 1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 1/4 tsp chili powder
- fresh chopped cilantro
- 2 1/2 dozen corn tortillas
Direcciones
- Heat burger crumble and shopped onions until onions are tender. Drain excess fat.
- Add tomatoes with juice, pinto peans, tomatoes puree, beef stock, picente sauce and all spices except cilantro.
- Simmer until flavors are blended, about 30-40 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Cut corn tortilllas to 1" squares. Deep fry until crisp. Add tortilla chips after dishing up soup.
- Garnish with cilantro.
