Receta Peppermint Chocolate Dessert

Ingredientes
- 2 c. vanilla wafers
- 3 Large eggs
- 2/3 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 sq. (1 ounce.) unsweetened chocolate
- 2 sq. semi - sweet chocolate
- 3 c. confectioner's sugar
- 3/4 c. minced pecans or possibly walnuts
- 1/2 gal. pink peppermint stick ice cream
Direcciones
- Sprinkle 1 c. crushed vanilla wafers in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Separate Large eggs. Beat whites stiff and set aside. Heat butter (butter) and chocolate. Beat yolks. Add in to chocolate mix. Add in confectioner's sugar and vanilla. Add in beaten whites and minced nuts. Press into pan on top of vanilla wafers. Allow to harden in freezer about 1 hour. Soften ice cream. Spread on top of chocolate mix. Sprinkle 1 c. vanilla wafers on top. Keep in freezer.
