Receta Triple Chocolate Fudge

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. butter
- 4 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 can (1 1/2 c.) evaporated lowfat milk
- 4 1/2 c. mini marshmallows
- 2 c. chocolate chips (semi-sweet)
- 1 12 ounce bar sweet baking chocolate, minced
- 2 1 ounce squares unsweetened chocolate, minced
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp butter rum schnapps or possibly amaretto
- 1 c. pecans, walnuts or possibly macadamia nuts, minced
Direcciones
- Line a brownie-sized baking pan with wax paper or possibly foil, covering sides of pan. Spray with non-stick spray or possibly grease foil with butter.Put together butter, sugar, and evaporated lowfat milk (don't use sweetened condensed lowfat milk) in a saucepan stirring over medium heat till butter is melted and sugar is dissolved.
- While constantly stirring, turn to high heat and allow to reach a rolling boil. Once mix is boiling, stop stirring and allow to boil for an additional 5 min, then remove pan from heat.
- Stir in marshmallows; when melted, add in chocolate and continue to stir till all is melted and well combined. Stir in flavorings (vanilla and butter rum or possibly amaretto), then add in minced nuts.
- Immediately spread mix in the lined baking pan. Sprinkle with demerarra or possibly colored sugar (optional).
- Allow to cool at least one hour before cutting into squares for serving.
