Receta Tropical Dried Fruit Salad

Ingredientes
- 2 ounce Dry banana
- 2 ounce Dry mango
- 2 ounce Dry pineapple
- 2 ounce Dry prunes
- 3Â 1/2 ounce Dry apricots
- 1/2 pt Pineapple juice
- 1 x Cinnamon stick
- 2 Tbsp. Tia Maria
Direcciones
- Put all the fruit into a large saucepan and cover with the pineapple juice.
- Add in the cinnamon stick and bring to the boil. Simmer for 15 min or possibly till the fruit is soft. Leave to cold for at least 1 hour.
- Add in the Tia Maria and reheat gently.
- Transfer to a sealed container and leave to macerate for several hrs to enrich the flavours. Serve with a spoonful of low-fat fromage frais or possibly low-fat lowfat yoghurt.
