Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 2 lb Grnd Beef
- 2 med Onions, minced
- 2 x Garlic cloves, finely chop
- 28 ounce Tomatoes, whole
- 12 ounce Beer
- 5 Tbsp. Chili pwdr
- 2 x Jalapeno chili, seed & chop
- 1 Tbsp. Cumin
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Â Â Cayenne pepper (optional)
- Â Â Cheddar cheese, shredded
- Â Â Red onion, minced
- Â Â Avocado, sliced
Direcciones
- Heat oil in 6-qt saucepan. Add in grnd beef, onions and garlic and saute/fry till meat is browned. Stir in next 7 ingredients and bring to boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, uncovered, about 45-55 min. Taste and season with salt, pepper and cayenne pepper, if you like. Ladle into bowls. Garnish with cheese, onion and avocado, if you like.
