Receta Tuna Macaroni Cheese Loaf

Ingredientes
- 6 ounce. pkg. macaroni
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. grated cheese
- 1 tbsp. each minced onion & parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 c. tuna
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon each pepper & paprika
- 1 tbsp. minced parsley
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Cook macaroni as directed, drain and rinse. Combine bread crumbs, lowfat milk, cheese, parsley, onion, pimento, salt and Large eggs. Stir in macaroni. Pour 1/2 of mix in well greased 5 x 10 inch loaf pan.
- Combine tuna with remaining ingredients. Pour over macaroni mix. Pour remaining macaroni mix over tuna. Bake in slow oven 325 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hrs. Slice and serve. Serves 8.
