Ingredientes
- 1 (6 1/2 to 7 ounce. can) tuna, liquid removed and flaked
- 1/2 c. Quaker oats (quick, uncooked)
- 1/3 c. shredded carrots
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp. onion, sliced
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- Dash of pepper
- 1 to 2 tbsp. oil
- 1 processed American cheese slice
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients except oil and cheese, mix well. Shape to create 4 (3 1/2" patties). Brown in oil in 12 inch skillet over med-high heat till golden. Turn, continue cooking 3 to 4 min, placing cheese triangle on each pattie during last 2 min of cooking.
- Makes 4 servings.
