Receta Tuna Quiche

Ingredientes
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tuna, liquid removed
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 1 c. evaporated lowfat milk (sm. can and 1/4 c. lowfat milk, ok)
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chives
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pie crust
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 450 degrees. Place pie crust in pan on cookie sheet, pricking sides and bottom first with fork. Bake 5 min. Remove from oven. Distribute tuna on bottom of shell. Sprinkle ??? and onion over tuna. Beat Large eggs, evaporated lowfat milk, lemon juice and seasonings. Pour over tuna mix.
- Bake on cookie sheet about 15 min. Reducing heat to 350 degrees last 15 min or possibly till top is golden and quiche is set.
