  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain well. Place broccoli in round 8 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Blend flour and salt. Add in lowfat milk all at once. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Remove from heat; stir in Swiss cheese till melted. Stir in turkey strips. Spoon turkey mix over broccoli in baking dish.
  3. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, and the melted butter. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 min. Makes 6 servings.
