Receta Turkey Broccoli Soup

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced celery
- 3 tbsp. minced onion
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. instant mashed potato flakes
- 2 c. cooked turkey, diced
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn broccoli (vegetables of your choice may be sub)
Direcciones
- In a medium saucepan, cook celery and onion in butter till tender. Stir in lowfat milk, soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and salt. Gradually stir in instant potatoes. Cook till slightly thickened. Add in turkey and broccoli. Cook 5 min. Makes 6 servings.
