Receta Turkey Olive Curry

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. minced onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 2 1/2 tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. diced turkey
- 1/2 c. ripe olives, pitted
- Chow mein noodles
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and celery in butter. Add in flour, salt, curry pwdr and crumbled bouillon cube. Cook till bubbling. Slowly add in lowfat milk. Keep stirring till thickened. Add in turkey and olives. Heat a little longer and served over chow mein noodles.
