Receta Turkey Wild Rice Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 bag (16 ounce.) frzn broccoli cuts
- 2 c. diced cooked turkey
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
- 3 c. cooked rice">wild rice or possibly white rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1 jar (2 ounce.) pimento
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- 1/4 c. slivered almonds
- Salt & pepper
- 1 can French fried onions
Direcciones
- Cook broccoli according to package directions; drain. Place about half in lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with half the turkey and half the cheese. Stir rice, soup, mayonnaise, pimento, almonds, onions and seasonings together. Spoon half over the cheese. Repeat layers, using up all the ingredients. Bake in preheated oven, 350 degrees, for 45 min or possibly till bubbly. Sprinkle with onions. Return to oven and continue baking 3 to 5 min or possibly till onions are beginning to brown.
