Ingredientes
- 2 - 15 oz canned Cannellini beans
- Roasted garlic (several heads, roasted at 375 for about 40 minutes or until soft) and beans
- Fresh or dried herbs : basil, oregano, an Italian blend
- 5 Tbs Olive oil, divided
- Grilled bread (heat oven to 375, place sliced bread on baking sheet, brush with a little oil and bake for about 15 minutes or until lightly browned)
- Fresh squeezed lemon juice, as desired
Direcciones
- Using a fork, mash together equal parts roasted garlic (squeeze the individual cloves from the roasted whole bulb)
- Drizzle in olive oil to achieve desired spreadable texture
- Add salt and herbs according to taste. add lemon juice as needed or wanted.
- Spread on crostini, drizzle with a little more oil and serve.
