Ingredientes
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. granulated sugar
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 2 to 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pt. whipped heavy cream (optional)
- 1 sm. can sweetened crushed pineapple
Direcciones
- Combine lowfat milk, sugar, rice, and butter in saucepan. Simmer 20 to 30 min or possibly till thick. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla. Cold and mix in sweetened pineapple and whipped cream.
