Ingredientes
- 1 pound veal cut into medallions
- 8 shrimp
- 3 ounce. butter
- 12 ounce. tomato sauce
- 5 ounce. brandy
- 2 ounce. grated Parmesan cheese
- 5 ounce. chicken broth
- 1/2 ounce. salt
- 1/2 ounce. black pepper
- Flour
Direcciones
- Put butter in pan over medium heat. When butter melts add in floured veal and shrimp and cook till brown. Then turn veal and shrimp. Add in brandy, tomato sauce, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, salt and pepper. Cook 5 min or possibly till sauce is thick and veal and shrimp are done. Yields 4 servings.
