  1. Cut veal into 6 inch squares. Saute/fry onion and celery in 2 Tbsp. butter. Stir in bread crumbs, parsley, salt, paprika and thyme. Spread veal with bread filling; roll and tie with string. Dip in flour. Saute/fry rolls in remaining butter till brown. Add in lowfat sour cream. Simmer for 30 min. Yield 6 servings.
