Receta Vegetable Garden Meat Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/3 c. catsup
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1/4 c. finely minced onion
- 1 c. Wheat Chex cereal (bite size wheat squares), crushed to make 1/2 c.
- 1 pound lean grnd beef
- 1 (10 ounce.) pkg. frzn mixed vegetables (cooked and liquid removed - unsalted)
- 1/2 c. and 1/4 c. shredded process Cheddar cheese (3 ounce.)
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine egg, catsup, salt, Worcestershire sauce, chili pwdr and onion. Stir in cereal crumbs. Fold in grnd beef. Press gently into 10 inch pie plate, shaping to fit.
- Toss vegetables with 1/2 c. cheese. Turn into shell. Sprinkle remaining 1/4 c. cheese over vegetables. Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till done. Let stand 5 - 10 min. (Makes 4 to 6 servings.)
