Receta Very Good Chuck Roast

Ingredientes
- 3-4 lbs. chuck roast
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Direcciones
- Line heavy baking pan or possibly skillet with aluminum foil. Tear off another piece of foil large sufficient to freezer wrap (double fold at center and ends turned up) the roast. Sprinkle envelope of onion soup fold in the middle of foil and lay the roast on top of mix.
- Open can of cream of mushroom soup and spread it around top and sides of the roast. Fold up the foil like for freezer wrap. Place in foil-lined pan and place in oven at 325 degrees. Bake for 3 to 4 hrs or possibly till tender.
