Receta Grilled Chicken Fajitas

Ingredientes
- 4 Tbsp. Vegetable oil
- 4 Tbsp. Lime juice
- 1 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 tsp Hickory Seasoned liquid smoke
- 2 lb Chicken breast
Direcciones
- Mix marinade and place chicken in and coat. Put in refrigerator till ready to grill. Grill chicken turning 3 times till browned and cooked throughout approximately 20-25 min. Cut up chicken to serve as your fajita meat. Serve this meat with grilled onions, green peppers and mushrooms along with fat-free cheese. Serve in fat-free flour tortillas.
- Here is my recipe for the diet exchange. These are very yummy! I think the key to getting the correct flavor is the hickory seasoned liquid smoke flavoring. I wouldn't do chicken fajitas any other way!! Jacque
