Hi Bill:
I have been looking for a different recipe for summer rolls. This one definitely fills the bill. I particularly like the addition of the pork tenderloin. As I have most of the ingredients except the shrimp on hand I will certainly try this soon. Thanks for sharing!

Receta Vietnamese Summer Rolls
Ingredientes
- 6 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp garlic chili sauce (I use Sriracha)
- 2 scallions, green part thinly sliced
- For the pork:
- 1 small pork tenderloin
- 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- For the rolls:
- 8 sheets of rice paper
- 16 medium shrimp, sliced lengthwise
- 16 thin slices pork tenderloin
- 3 cups herbs, (e.g. mint, cilantro, thai basil, butter lettuce)
- 1 cup mung bean sprouts
- 6 oz rice vermicelli noodles
- Garlic chives (optional)
