Receta Chocolate Coconut Cake

Ingredientes
- 500 gm Sugar
- 4 x Large eggs
- 3/8 lt Lowfat milk
- 450 gm Flour
- 4 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
- 300 gm Butter, melted
- 200 gm Butter, melted
- 7 Tbsp. Regular strength coffee
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. Cocoa
- 3 tsp Vanilla sugar
- 100 gm Coconut, grated
- 375 gm Confectioner's sugar
Direcciones
- Whip Large eggs and sugar till white. Add in all remaining ingredients, melted margarine last. Mix all ingredients well. Pour into buttered cake mold (30 x 45 cm). Bake at 190C (375F) 20 - 25 minutes.
- While the cake is cooling boil the following for 5 min: margarine, coffee, cocoa, vanilla sugar, grated coconut, confectioners sugar.
- Spread proportionately over the cake.
