Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. Diamond walnuts, minced
- Walnut Streusel (see below)
Direcciones
- Blend cream cheese, butter and sugar, mixing well. Add in Large eggs and vanilla, mixing till light and fluffy. Combine flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon and baking soda. Stir into creamed mix alternately with lowfat milk. Mix in walnuts. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Top with Walnut Streusel. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 min. Serve hot. Makes 12 servings.
