Receta Wayne O's Superbowl Chili

Ingredientes
- 1 pound pinto beans
- 1 red onion, minced
- 6 tbsp. red pepper flakes
- 2 tbsp. salt
- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- Chili pwdr
- Garlic pwdr
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can beer
Direcciones
- Soak beans in water with onion, salt, and red pepper flakes for 4 hrs; brown grnd beef. Drain grease. Add in chili pwdr, garlic pwdr, and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Bring beans to a boil; add in meat and one can beer (Coors light is best). Let it simmer till it is good and thick. Serve with French bread and crackers.
