Ingredientes
- 4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 3 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 c. lard
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 c. currants
- 2 Large eggs, beaten with fork and fill c. with lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients by hand. Roll out using very little flour. Use glass as cookie cutter. Bake on a griddle till lightly browned on both sides (electric griddle set at 350 degrees).
