Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening (butter flavored)
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. dark molasses
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 c. coconut
- 2 c. oatmeal
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. chocolate chips
- 1/2 c. raisins
Direcciones
- Mix shortening, butter and sugars together well. Add in one egg at a time, mixing well. Add in vanilla; then gradually add in dry mix (flour, soda and salt). Add in nuts first then coconut, chocolate chips and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees. Makes 3-4 dozen cookies.
