Receta Whole Wheat Apple Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 c. oil
- 2 c. sugar
- 3 Large eggs
- 3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 c. minced apples
- 1 c. minced pecans
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
Direcciones
- Combine oil, sugar, Large eggs. Combine flour, salt, soda and add in to oil mix. Add in apples, nuts and vanilla.
- Spoon into two greased 9 x 5 inch bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done. Turn out of pans before cooling completely.
