Ingredientes
- 1 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 tbsp. Puritan oil
- 1 1/2 c. buttermilk
- 2 egg whites, beaten
Direcciones
- Combine dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Add in oil and lowfat milk to egg whites and toss lightly with dry ingredients till combined. Don't beat. Heat waffle iron and pour on batter. Serve with applesauce. Makes two servings.
