  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup margarine, melted
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup powder sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups frozen yogurt, mint flavored, softened
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 (8 oz.) cool whip
  • 1 (6 oz.) vanilla yogurt

Direcciones

  1. Crust: Beat flour, margarine, butter, sugar & salt together.
  2. Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Yogurt: Spread frozen yogurt over crust.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Filling: Mix cocoa powder, and milk together. Spread over frozen yogurt layer; freeze for additional 30 minutes.
  7. Topping: Spread cool whip and yogurt .
  8. Spread over filling layer
  9. Decorate.
  10. Cover and freeze overnight.
