  1. Simmer asparagus and petite peas in water seasoned with salt till tender.
  2. Drain well. Rub a saute/fry pan with garlic. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil and saute/fry over medium heat the garlic and scallions. Add in another Tbsp. oil. Add in shrimp and saute/fry 2 min. To greens in salad bowl, drizzle on 1 Tbsp. oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and black pepper. Toss together well. On each serving plate pile some greens. Top with shrimp mix. Arrange asparagus mix around shrimp and top with minced chives. Season lightly with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
