Ingredientes
- 1 c. shortening (1 part shortening & 1 part butter)
- 6 large eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 3 c. self-rising flour, sifted
- 2 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 6 heaping T cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. evaporated lowfat milk
Direcciones
- CAKE: Mix flour and sugar. Add in shortening, lowfat milk and large eggs and mix well. Add in vanilla. Spoon 4 tbsp of batter into pan/skillet and bake at 350 degrees till layers brown around edges.FILLING: Mix all ingredients. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer till filling sets when cool.
